Madrid Female Experience Football Coach

Avanza Sports is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and dedicated female candidate to become an integral part of our Madrid Experience team. You will be vital in leading and taking care of the families and assisting the players during their stay in Madrid in February 2024 from Friday 23rd to Monday March 4th. Successful candidates will be in charge of a team of players (U8 – U17) during their stay in Madrid.

Responsabilidades

- Travel to Madrid from Friday February 23rd to Monday March 4th - Attend to a training course developed by Avanza Sports prior to traveling to Madrid. - Be aware of the players’ whereabouts during the activities. - Manage and ensure the good environment in between players, families and staff. - Follow the established schedule. Being punctual to all the games/activities is crucial. - While a game/activity is taking place, the family chaperon and coach must be aware of what to do and where to go once the activity is finished. - Assist the chaperon/coach in the hotel and do constant roll calls to ensure players are wellbeing. - Assist to create and energize activities to entertain players in between organized activities. - Interact with staff, parents and players in a helpful and respectful manner. - Daily Reporting to the Coordinator.

Requisitos / Qué ofrecemos

Skills and Habilities ▪ Proactive and motivated individual. ▪ Excellent customer skills and outgoing attitude. ▪ Leadership and attention to detail. ▪ Ability to work with kids is an asset ▪ Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Requirements ▪ Minimum one year of experience working with adults and/or in event management. ▪ Criminal background check.
