Impulsyn’s mission is to help anyone who already works or wants to start working in the sports industry to develop their professional career and to be able to find all kinds of opportunities in any area and sports discipline.
About us
Impulsyn was born in 2020, in the study room of Alex Zusammen, founder of Impulsyn, which was officially launched on July 20th 2021.
Alex Zusammen is also the CEO and the company’s management team is formed by OneTec Group, technology partner & leading company in the digital transformation sector and several professionals from different prestigious global sports and technology organizations.
The BOOST section allows you to post and share 4 types of services in the sports industry:
– Masters and Courses in Sport
– Sports Events and Congresses
– Sports Mentoring
– Sports Volunteering
You will be able to create your entire service offer from the “Boost” section of your page or from the “Page Tools” button.
The objective is to help you post your entire service offer in your sport discipline so that you can redirect requests to an external web page of your organization or answer requests from potential clients through the platform’s chat, by phone or by email contact.
The Networking section
Your “Networking” section is located in your main menu where you can search, find and connect with other members of the sports industry who use Impulsyn.
You will also receive the contact requests from other users here.
How can you send messages to other users?
You will be able to send and receive messages from users you are connected to. In order to send a message to a user you are connected to, you can go to his/her profile and click on the “send message” button.
If you have not connected with any user yet, you can send him/her a note in your contact request to let him/her know why you are connecting with him/her.
Accept or reject a contact request
You will be able to accept or decline contact requests. All contact requests will be sent to your “Networking” section. If you accept a contact request from another user, even if you have your account in private mode, they will be able to see your profile and all the posts you make on your wall. If you accept any contact request you can delete them again or directly block them so that they cannot have any access to you in Impulsyn.

Can you send a message to an organization in the platform?
The answer is no, you can´t. You can visit the organization’s website, interact with their highlights and apply for the jobs they post where you can leave a message along with your job application or request information on some of their services such as academic programs related to sports, volunteering, events or mentoring.
How can you connect with an organization then?
The fastest way to connect with an organization is by clicking on their “follow” button, this way you will always be up to date with what is happening in that organization.
Also, we recommend you to connect or contact the people who work or represent an organization, remember that it is the people who make up any company or entity. It will be your fastest way to access them.
If this organization offers jobs, academic programs, volunteering or sports events & congresses you can request everything you need from the page of each service they posted.
Can you send a message to any user you are not connected to?
No, you can´t, you will only be able to send and receive messages from users you are connected to. What you can do is send a note in your contact request to a user you are not yet connected with.
*Only recruiters from the SPORTS RECRUITER Plan, located on the organization pages, can send messages to users they are not yet connected with.
How can you send a message to any user you are not connected to?
If you want to send a message to any user with whom you have not connected yet, you will have to first send him/her a contact request, with the option to send a note, and once he/she accepts you can send him/her a message to start a conversation with him/her.
Is there any way to contact another user without sending a message?
You will be able to use the notes in your contact requests. In addition, in your profile, you will be able to share other contact information such as your email address, your phone number or your website if you have one. These fields are not mandatory but some users may have them visible, as long as they have their profile in public mode. You will be able to access this information in any user’s profile.
Also remember that you can interact with another user by doing the following actions: “impulse” a post, comment or share any of their posts, as long as their profile is in public mode and you can access it.
What is a page administrator?
Administrators are the users who manage a page in Impulsyn. To be an administrator you must either have created a page or have been invited as a page administrator by another user who has created a page or is already an administrator.
A page administrator can control everything to do from the organization page: from posting jobs, academic programs, volunteering, mentoring, events & congresses or highlights, to view & manage the applications received with each job posted or search for candidates from the SPORTS RECRUITER plan.
How many administrators can there be per page?
There can be a maximum of 5 administrators per page. That is, a user who creates a page can invite a maximum of 4 more users to manage the same page.
Can I invite a user I am not connected to manage my page?
No, you can´t. As a page administrator you can only send an invitation to manage a page to those users with whom you are already connected.
Do all administrators have the same role?
Yes, they do. So far, all administrators have the same roles and can access all sections & functionalities within the page.
How to post on your wall?
You can post on your wall whenever you want by clicking on the floating button in the app or in the box you will see in the web, both on your home page.
What content formats can you post on your wall?
You can share text, links, pictures, videos up to half a minute long and mention other users (with whom you are connected) and pages.
What content do we recommend you to post?
Impulsyn is a professional network with the aim of keep helping to professionalize the sports industry by creating many more opportunities for the entire sector. Depending on your role within the sport you can post many types of content. The important thing is that the content you post is related to your professional activity in sport and allows you to share everything you consider of interest to other users. For example, if you are an athlete you can upload videos and share your best moments in order to show your skills. If you work on the other hand in the corporate area of sports, as for example in marketing or sponsorship, you can post videos, pictures or links with news to websites with aspects that you want to highlight within your area of work.
Who is able to see the content in your wall?
All your posts will be stored in your profile. You can edit or delete them whenever you want. Your posts will appear also on the news feed of the users you are connected to. Depending on whether you have a public or private profile, more users will be able to view it.
How to post highlights from your page?
You can post highlights from your page whenever you want by clicking on the floating button on your home page in the app or by accessing your page administrador from the web.
When you manage a page and want to do a post (highlight), besides being able to post as a user, Impulsyn allows you to publish also as a page, always pay attention to who makes the post in case you manage a page.
On your wall you can post text, links, pictures, videos up to half a minute long related to your organization. The idea is that you make known all the news of your organization within your sport discipline.
What content can you post as a page?

Depending on your type of page you can post different types of content. The important thing is that the content you post is related to your activity and allows you to share everything you consider of interest to other users in addition to achieving the goals you set for your organization understanding that it will be seen by the different people working in the sports industry.
Who can see your Highlightsa on your page wall?
When you post from your page, all your posts will be public. In addition, all the posts you make will be stored on your page. You will be able to delete them whenever you want. Your posts will appear on the generic news feed accessible to all users who are part of the Impulsyn community.
What is the SPORTS RECRUITER Plan?
The SPORTS RECRUITER Plan is a section within your Impulsyn organization page, specific to the web version, which you can access from your “Page Tools” and where you can perform 4 functions:
– Post jobs and internships
– Manage and evaluate the different applications you receive from your published jobs with an intelligent tool.
– Proactively search for candidates in different sports disciplines using different filters adapted to the different areas of work in the sector or by location and keyword.
In the SPORTS RECRUITER Plan we explain all about the different options you have to find the best talent in your sport discipline. We give you an efficient tool with feedback from many professionals working in the Human Resources area of different sports organizations.
The difference between “user” and “page”
In order to create a page you must first create a user account at Impulsyn. From your user account you will be able to create an organization page.
How can you create a page?
You can create a page from your user account, on the web from your home section through your main menu and in the app by clicking on your profile icon located on the left side of your top menu, on your home page. Clicking on it will open a menu with different options, among them the one to create a page. Click on it and start filling in all the information about your organization.
What type of pages can you create?
At Impulsyn we want you as an organization to achieve all your goals within the sports industry, that’s why we allow you to create 3 types of pages:
1) Sports organization pages
2) Academic organization pages
3) Other types of pages
When you go to create each type of page you will find everything you can do from each of them.
What does completing your profile involve?
Completing your profile involves completing your “Experience” and “Education” sections. You also have a “Services” section where you can share all your service offerings in the sports industry according to specific categories. Don’t worry because if you don’t offer any services this section will not be seen by other users when they come to view your profile.
We also recommend you to start doing posts that will be accumulated in the “Highlights” section of your profile and will appear on the news feed of the users with whom you are connected, it will give you more visibility in the community.
Why is so important to complete your profile?
Completing your profile is important to make a good impression on the rest of the users. Your profile is your identity mark, where you can show what you do in the sports industry, where you can share your experience, your academic background, your professional services (if you offer them) and your best moments through posts (highlights). It is important that you have all this updated because you never know who may visit it and for what purpose. For example, many times other users will visit out of curiosity and other times because the other person is interested in collaborating with you on a project, offering you a new job opportunity, inviting you to an event, talking to you about the possibility of continuing your education or simply expanding their network of contacts in the sports industry.
How to complete your “Experience”
- Log in to your profile and access your “Experience” section. Click on the editable one.
- You will be able to add a new experience or edit an existing one that you have already created.
- An experience can be a job or an activity that you have done by representing an organization (for instance if you are an athlete and you play for a club).
- The experience will be used to show the rest of the members your career within sports.
How to complete your “Education”
- Go to your profile and access your “Education” section. Click on the editable one.
- You will be able to add a new educational experience or edit a current one you have already created.
- An educational experience can be a degree, a master’s degree or any course you have taken. The other users will be able to see your education background and where you have studied
How to post “Services” as user
We remind you that this section is optional, if you do not offer any service and do not share anything this section will only be visible to you, and all the people who access your profile will not be able to see it.
If you want to post a service you simply access the section, share the service offer following each step and click on “post service”. You will be able to connect with potential customers by chat on Impulsyn’s own network, phone, email or by redirecting all potential customers to an external website.
Where can you see who viewed your profile?
You can see who has viewed your profile from your home page or by clicking on the main menu in both web and app. Clicking on it will open a menu with different options, including who has viewed your profile.
What is the purpose of knowing who viewed your profile?
Knowing who viewed your profile is a very useful option to know the position or where do they work the users who has seeing your profile.
One of Impulsyn’s main objectives is to help you to start or continue developing your career in the sports industry, which is why we want to show you the importance of getting a good and big network that can help you achieve your goals in your sports career.
Can I see all users who viewed my profile?
Yes, you will be able to see all the users who have viewed your profile and when they did it, all without any limit, although they will be all the users who have viewed your profile in the last 7 days.
